Single Cask absinthe Highland

This Larusée Blanche de Léon absinthe, fourth edition of our “Les Précieuses” collection, has been aged for 48 months in two micro-barrels of a famous Scottish Highland single malt distillery.

These two hundred-liter barrels, made from a large 480-liter sherry butt, have the particularity of having undergone an evaporation (thus a reduction) well above the average. The angels must have particularly enjoyed themselves!

The aging of our absinthe for 4 years brings wisdom and serenity, depth and intense greed.
