The elder sister of Mogador, awarded gold et 1st place at Swiss Spirits Award in 2020, this Larusée Blanche de Léon absinthe has been aged for 3 years in an oak barrel that previously contained the exceptional cuvée – a blend of syrah, mourvèdre and cabernet harvested by hand – from Château d’Estoublon, a famous estate in the Baux-de-Provence valley in the south of France. This exceptional absinthe can be enjoyed without water, as a digestive.
