Larusée Bleue reminds you that absinthe is the mother of pastis. Blanche de Léon, an absinthe made with edelweiss and Espelettes pepper, will take you on a journey between spiciness and smoothness. And Larusée Verte takes you towards vegetal notes with a perfectly controlled bitterness.
