Absinthe Larusée Blanche de Léon

For Larusée, Blanche de Léon is a vibrant tribute to the man without whom none of this would have happened: Léon Duvanel. This absinthe, containing organic Edelweiss grown in Switzerland, is in line with Larusée’s production, all finesse, complexity and delicacy.

Edelweiss gives the absinthe an even more floral note and a certain smoothness, counterbalanced by a slight spiciness. Hay and gingerbread aromas are also present. Blanche de Léon is a true absinthe with character.
