    Appearance<\/strong>: Straw-yellow with pretty reflections<\/p>\n

    Nose:<\/strong> Cinnamon, anise, cloves and grapefruit with very pleasant perfumes followed by spiciness adding layers and complexity.<\/p>\n

    Palate:<\/strong> The palate continues where the nose leaves off, it is fruity and spicy with anise, herbs and licorice . Persistent with flavors flowing through. Good contrast supporting complexity once again.<\/p>\n

    Overall:<\/strong> Very exciting with a lot to offer, showing personality and delivering excitement and enjoyment as well. Very well-crafted.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

However, the history of pastis is very closely linked to that of absinth, because the prohibition of absinth led to the creation of this marvellous aniseed beverage, which is so symbolic of sunlit aperitifs. And what country other than France could claim it invented absinth? Switzerland, of course!<\/p>\n

    Developed in the historic cradle of its mother Absinthe, Pastis Larus\u00e9e is distilled and steeped using entirely artisan processes only. The little marvel we offer you shows that this iconic aniseed drink is full of surprises! It is an explosion of carefully dosed tastes, full of finesse, with plant flavours that could almost be identified individually.<\/p>\n
