Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Cocktailwettbewerb der Schweiz wird von der Bar-Bibel der Schweiz, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnews.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dem Magazin Bar News<\/a>, organisiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alle in der Schweiz t\u00e4tigen Barkeeper konnten sich f\u00fcr die Veranstaltung bewerben, indem sie eine pers\u00f6nliche Cocktailkreation nach vorgegebenen Kriterien einreichten. Um ihre fl\u00fcssigen kulinarischen Kunstwerke zu kreieren, mussten die Barkeeper lediglich eine Zutat von einem Schweizer Hersteller und eine Zutat von einer internationalen Marke in ihr Rezept einbauen.<\/p>\n<p>Es war die Kreation &#8222;Le Voyage en Drakkar&#8220; von Valentin Aleksandrowicz, die auf der ganzen Linie \u00fcberzeugte. Der Barkeeper des Restaurants Nj\u00f8rden in Aubonne w\u00e4hlte f\u00fcr seinen Drink eine Basis aus 1653 Old Barrel Rum der Brennerei Studer, Absinth-Falernum der Brennerei Larus\u00e9e und Monin Vanille-Sirup, die mit Ananassaft und frischem Limettensaft abgerundet wurde.
